Amy girl...
it's hard to believe that this little cutie is now...
this incredible beauty.
Amy,
another year older...
another chapter in your book...
another canvas finished...
another season completed.
You are our beautiful girl.
We are so thankful for your free spirit.
Your sensitive heart.
Your creative blessings.
Your willingness to learn new things.
Your quest for life.
Your passion for learning.
The beautiful way you experience life and share it with those around you.
We love you, sweet girl!
We are praying that this year will continue to draw you closer to the Lord as your grow in the grace and knowledge of Him!
The fourth and final Jimenez to learn how to ride a bike...
our little Hailey girl!!
We had quite a few tricycles that she practiced on until she felt confident.
And then it was time for a two-wheeler and a HELMET!!
Daddy spent several afternoons with this happy girl...
learning how to balance...
taking turns...
and learning how to stop.
It didn't take her very long and now she's flying around the backyard all on her own!
As a native of the desert...I don't do cold very well. If I am snuggled up in a cozy living room with a fire and a blanket...the cold doesn't seem to phase me! But going outside? No thank you!!
But keeping four kids cooped up inside for days on end is just not an option.
Thankfully, we have a membership to Discovery Place
where the kids can explore...
and play...
and invent and create to their hearts content...
..INSIDE!!
Several days later we were lured outside to play when
we hoped big fluffy snowflakes would start falling.
The weatherman had projected "Snowmageddon"...
sadly it was not quite what we expected!
But we made the most of what we had!
Don't let this sad face fool you...Hailey was a sledding machine!
With ice on the ground and little snow...it made the slope by our house super fast!
We all took turns heading down the hill and watching the winter wonderland zoom past.
This sled ride left Hailey a little banged up...but still laughing!
While I am not a HUGE fan of the "snow"...it was a fun day making memories and being together!
