Z is in the house...
Several weeks back we had the blessing of my cousin, Zana, joining us for a week.
Last time she came we took her to the mountains of Carolina...this time...we headed for the beach.
Of course the week flew by...we had such a good time playing in the water...
trying to catch fish...
looking for shells...
taking long walks...
goofing off on the beach...
plenty of ice cream and treats...
beautiful sunsets off the balcony...
times of chillin on the beach...
digging for crabs...
making mazes on the beach...
and just having so much fun being together!
Zana has become quite the celebrity in our home. While she was here, everyone clamored for her attention...wanted to show her everything they had ever made...sought her for hugs and kisses...entreated her for stories...and just wanted to spend every second with her.
Now that she is gone...we are all counting down the days till she comes back again.
All of Hailey's dolls have been renamed Zana...and Amy's stories have taken on the heroine, Zana.
She is loved and treasured in this family and we are so thankful for the precious memories we were able to make with her while she was here!!!
