February 2020
Amy studied long and hard for her driver's ed test...and she almost didn't get to take it.
We tried one spot...then another...and was thinking about calling it a day...but then we finally found a DMV that would allow her to take the test.
She was REALLY nervous...but of course,
she passed.
So here we go again.
Let's get this driving-party started!
I managed to sneak this pic in on our way home from the DMV...it was a bit of a nail-biter ride.
Thankfully Amy has twelve more months and sixty hard earned hours behind the wheel before she's driving on her own!
This guy has gotten a little shaggy since Christmas.
It was definitely time to clean things up and get a cool hair cut just in time for him to play some BASKETBALL!!!
Jackson has played soccer...flag football..tackle football...and this season he asked to play basketball.
He played with 316 Sports again and had a BLAST!!
Going for the shot!
Amy LOVES to be outside...especially when she sets up her table to paint or write.
She got some new watercolor pen/paints for her birthday and she has made some beautiful artwork with them.
Hailey wanted to make her own creation...not a painting...but some yummy cupcakes.
A sundrop flower...from Rapunzel!
Amy joined up with her friends - Ella Daley, Helena Siguenza, and Myah Coffey to play soccer for Arborbrook this season.
Little did we know that the season would be cut short.
They only got in several games before the world turned topsy turvy.
She had a back to back game one very cold Saturday.
Rather than waiting for the next game to start - we headed over to fuel up on chips and salsa...and tacos!
Hailey and I were out shopping and getting super excited for spring to come.
Trying on some fun Easter hats!
It's still a little chilly outside but that hasn't stopped Amy from doing some writing on the deck.
As long as she's all bundled up...she's good to go.
