End of the year...

This past week, one of our friends hosted an "end-of-the-year" party for several homeschooling families. I told the kids that we would celebrate their end of the year...we still have some school to finish! :-)
First, we all headed to the pool to cool off and splash around. With nine kids to keep an eye out for...it was a little crazy! But super fun!

After, we headed back for a HUGE yummy lunch. There were all sorts of fruit, sandwiches, juice, veggies...and of course CHIPS! :-) Everything was beautifully prepared and laid out for us...and the mommies did not have to lift a finger! SO nice!

Then we had some MORE play time!

The older kids made a special craft...ceramic magnets.

And the younger kids...THOUGHT they were making a special craft!

Then...my favorite...make-your-own-sundaes!!! Double yum!!!

We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! :-)
Although it does not officially mark the end of the year for us...it was a good prelude to it!
