Quick, easy, and painless...

Those are words I like to hear in association with losing weight or dieting. I'm not a huge fan. I know its good to learn self-control in eating and its great to workout and be healthy...but its not quick, easy, or painless.

But I have found a new way to lose weight. I lost two pounds in two hours with this new method....I'm serious!!!!
